The hotel has an unbeatable and magnificent location, close to the Thursday market place, Dusseldorf International airport, and offers a perfect connection to Dusseldorf. The staff is amicable and pleasant, accommodating all needs. The breakfast was generous and rich with a variety of delicious food options.

The location was marvellous, to Dusseldorf International airport with easy access to a mall and a market. Also, the hotel was not very far from Berliner Tor.

A solid stay, definitely considering a return trip! the place was kept pretty clean and the staff were friendly. the location was awesome for exploring around here. 🌟 the hotel served as a great home base for wandering around the pedestrian-friendly area.

This Hotel is very good value for money,clean and comfy,the meals are exellent,we have stayed here before and enjoyed the trip.

There was only one thing that we did not like on this trip,the first night we just wanted to chill and relax,the bar maid was very good,however the two waiters that were on,we found a little ignorant because we did not want a meal,and when they did not get any tips,they were just was not interested in us.The second night we did have a very lovely meal,I decided to put it on my room bill,the waiters were not amused and again became very ignorant.If anyone chooses to put the bill for a meal or drinks on the room bill,why should it offend the waiters?

The hotel is conveniently located near the main railway station, restaurants, and shops that offer unique products. Burger Nerds is nearby, providing quick meal options.

Internet too week. Let say always frozen.

Friendly staff in reception, perfect food in the restaurant, stylish design of the restaurant.

Hot water first doesn´t leak and after 2 min. it leaks eighter very hot or cold. Is very difficult adjust right temperature. We were waiting ca 25 min. for the beer and payment in the restaurant.

Cozy spot right in the heart of town. Room is a good size and practical, plus the bed is super comfy for a restful night's sleep. 🛏️

The welcome by Staff was very Nice. The questions were politely answered. I loved my Room, it was light, white modern walls and clean. I would say a pleasant stay with a very nice breakfast.

This venue is quite clean with friendly staff, and it's just where I expected it to be, perfectly situated next to the train station, surrounded by great dining and shopping options; I also had a meal at the restaurant connected to this place.

It is a good hotel with spacious rooms.

Lift did not go to 4th floor
